    ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan melihat jumlah bakteri E.colipada telur itik yang dijual di Pasar Induk Lambaro, Kecamatan Ingin Jaya, AcehBesar. Dalam penelitian digunakan 20 telur itik dari 10 pedagang yang berbeda.Pengujian jumlah bakteri E.coli mengunakan Metode Total Plate Count (TPC) yangmengacu pada SNI 7388 : 2009 dengan pengenceran 10. Hasil positifdari cemaran E.coli ditandai dengan terbentuknya koloni berwarna hijau metalikpada media eosin methyline blue agar (EMBA). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkantidak adanya cemaran E.coli. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian telur itik yang dijualdipasar Induk Lambaro, Kecamatan Ingin Jaya, Aceh Besar tidak tercemar dariE.coli

    Paper ini membahas secara rinci analisis sistem menaiki tangga (ramp) pada prototipe mobil robot penjinak bom versi 1 (morolipi v1). Analisis perlu dilakukan agar secara ilmiah dapat dibuktikan bahwa robot berfungsi sesuai dengan yang didesain. Analisis menggunakan pendekatan kinematika klasik untuk mendapatkan gaya dan momen yang bekerja pada mekanisme penggerak saat menaiki tangga. Berdasarkan analisis melalui simulasi dan eksperimen yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain mobil robot dapat terbukti dapat bekerja dengan baik untuk ramp mobil robot menaiki tangga dengan kemiringan maksimal 42 derajat. Momen paling besar ketika menaiki tangga di sudut kemiringan 30 derajat dengan koefisien gesek 0,9.

That printer type is used because if trouble occur it is not only very difficult but also expensive to be repaired, so it is sold very cheap or misspent. Robot arm has 5 revolution joints, wherein each joint is limited by one degree of freedom to make the manipulator control systems and mechanics work easier. To control the systems device, it needs driver (control circuit) with data input in the form of computer command using programming software, with parallel port communicated in order to generate motor stepper pulses. The experiment results showed that low-precisian of robot arm movement occur cumulatively, although hardware and software control systems had been designed optimally

    Analysis the Conceptual Understanding Level and Understanding Model of Pre-Service Physics Teacher

    Understanding in physics concept is needed to solve the problem in life. the aim of this research was to analyze the students’ level of conceptual understanding level and students’ model of understanding. It will help educators in selecting the suitable teaching approaches and strategies to gain conceptual understanding. This research design used a quantitative-descriptive model. The design aims to describe the conceptual understanding level of pre service teacher on Newton’s Laws concept. The subjects were 40 students of Physics Education Department UNSAM who credited Fundamental of Physics course. Analysis conceptual understanding level and understanding model of pre-service physics teacher used instrument test which developed by Saglam. This research show that the students’ level of understanding (pre-service physics teacher, UNSAM) was vary about Newton’s law concepts but show the insignificant numbers among levels. Generally, students’ achievement has no fallen progressively. It explains, students reach different success in the questions about conceptual understanding. While students’ understanding models, they most appear in theoretical model (TM) and inappropriate model (IM). This result support the improvement of pre-service physics teachers’ conceptual understandingPemahaman dalam konsep fisika diperlukan untuk memecahkan masalah dalam kehidupan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pemahaman konsep siswa dan model pemahaman siswa. Ini akan membantu pendidik dalam memilih pendekatan dan strategi pengajaran yang sesuai untuk mendapatkan pemahaman konseptual. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan model kuantitatif-deskriptif. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat pemahaman konseptual guru prajabatan terhadap konsep Hukum Newton. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 40 mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Fisika UNSAM yang mengambil mata kuliah Fisika Dasar. Analisis tingkat pemahaman konseptual dan model pemahaman guru fisika prajabatan menggunakan instrumen tes yang dikembangkan oleh Saglam. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman siswa (guru fisika prajabatan, UNSAM) bervariasi tentang konsep-konsep hukum Newton tetapi menunjukkan angka yang tidak signifikan antar tingkat. Secara umum, prestasi siswa tidak menurun secara progresif. Ini menjelaskan, siswa mencapai keberhasilan yang berbeda dalam pertanyaan tentang pemahaman konseptual.     TEACHING WRITING BY USING PROCESS GENRE APPROACH TO THE EIGHTH GRADE STUDENTS OF SMP NEGERI 22 PALEMBANG

    The objective of this study was to find out whether or not there is significant difference on students’ writing achievement taught by using Process Genre Approach and teacher’s strategy at the eighth grade students of SMPN 22 Palembang. The population of this study consisted of 277 eighth grade students of SMPN 22 Palembang in Academic Year of 2014/2015. There were 72 students taken as sample. Each class consisted of 36 students from class VIII.5 as control group and VIII.6 as experimental group. The sample of this study was taken by using convenience sampling method. In this study, the writer used quasi experimental design using nonequivalent pretest and posttest design. The instrument used in collecting the data was written test. The test was administered twice, as the pretest and posttest for both control and experimental group. The results of the test were analyzed by using IBM SPSS  (Statistical Package for the Social Science) Statistics 20. The result showed that teaching writing by using Process Genre Approach had significant difference on the students’ writing mastery. It can be seen from the result of pretest to posttest of each group. The achievement of experimental group was higher than the achievement of control group. Based on the result analysis of means significant difference from students’ posttest scores in control and experimental groups, it was found that t-obtained (0.000) was lower than t-table (0.05). So, the Ho (the null hypothesis) was rejected and Ha (the alternative hypothesis) was accepted. It means that there was significant difference on students’ writing achievement taught by using Process Genre Approach than students who are taught by using strategy that used by teacher
